Bed and Breakfast Great Yarmouth
Introduction
We are a non-smoking family run guest house situated approximately 5 minutes from the town centre and 3 minutes from the sea front and beach. Most of our rooms in our comfy b&b are en-suite.
Every room has a colour Freeview TV, wash basin or en-suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries,tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
We also have a ground floor en-suite room which sleeps 2 - 4 people and has its own seperate private lounge.
Pre-Arrival
• Great Yarmouth Railway Station is a 5 minute drive by car.
• Taxis are available at Great Yarmouth station.
• Great Yarmouth Coach station is a 5 minute walk.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• There is limited short term parking in the street outside and a residents parking scheme in the street for which we can supply permits at a charge of £1 per day to our guests.
• We are happy to assist guests with their luggage.
Main Entrance & Reception
• There is a small front step into the building.
• We have a ground floor room but it is not wheelchair accessible due to a small step in the hallway.
• The front door is always locked, all guests have their own key, there is an accessible doorbell.
Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc
• The hall, stairs and landing are fully carpeted. This is a Victorian house and there are 14 steps to the main stairs which are fairly steep with a turn at the top. There are an additional 4 steps down to the rear of the building.
• There is a single step down to the ground floor Norfolk Room
Public Areas
• The hallway/lobby is fully carpeted.
Public WCs
• There is a public WC on the first floor.
Restaurant / Dining Room,
• The breakfast room /dining room is located on the ground floor.
• The floor is laminated.
• All tables and chairs are moveable, chairs do not have arms.
• Menus are printed in large print.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas
• We have 2 standard single rooms (shared bathroom) .
• We have 3 en-suite double rooms, 1 en-suite which sleeps 2/3 persons and our ground floor Norfolk Room which has its own private lounge and sleeps 2-4 persons.
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]
• We have 2 shared toilets and 1 shared shower serving the 2 standard rooms.
• The other 5 rooms are en-suite.
Grounds and Gardens
• We have a bench outside, 1 small flower bed and pots.

• Guide dogs are welcome.
• We are a non-smoking establishment.
