The Beach House Bed and Breakfast Guest House in Great Yarmouth was formerly known as Sansovia Guest House.

When we moved to Great Yarmouth and took over the business in 2007 we re-named it The Beach House Bed and Breakfast as part of our ongoing business improvement plan.

All of our rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated to a good standard.

Redecorated 2009 new en-suite rooms.

Most of our rooms in our comfy b&b are en-suite.

Every room has a colour Freeview TV, wash basin or en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities

We also have a ground floor en-suite room which sleeps 2 - 4 people and has its own seperate private lounge.

All guests have a key to the front door with no time restrictions.

Freshly cooked, full english breakfast including local East Anglian sausages is served in our comfortable spacious dining room.

For your safety and comfort we are fully compliant with current Fire Regulations and have recently installed an L2 fire system to comply with bed and breakfast standards.

We have a 5 Star Food Hygeine Certificate Issued by Great Yarmouth Council March 2008.

We also regularly undertake Health and Safety checks and are fully covered by specialist hotel/ guest house insurance

Environmental Policy

At the Beach House Bed and Breakfast we are committed to trying to reduce the impact we have on the environment,

without compromising our service to our customers.

We are constantly looking at energy saving improvements, so far we have

Replaced approximately 50% of our light bulbs with energy saving bulbs

Installed Hippos in our toilets to reduce flushed water by around 30%

We use airtight plastic containers for tea bags, coffee and sugar on hospitality trays.

Pump soap dispensers are used in all rooms to minimise wasted soap and soap packaging

Where possible we use Wikaniko environmentally friendly cleaning and laundry products

All of our radiators are thermostatically controlled to reduce wasted heat

We also encourage our guests to help by re-using towels if they are comfortable to do so

and ensuring taps are closed and and TVs are turned of when not in use.
