The Beach House Bed and Breakfast Guest House in Great Yarmouth was formerly known as Sansovia Guest House.

When we moved to Great Yarmouth and took over the business in 2007 we re-named it The Beach House Bed and Breakfast as part of our ongoing business improvement plan.

All of our rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated to an excellent standard.

Our double rooms, triple room and the Norfolk Room are en-suite.

Our 2 single rooms share a bathroom

Every room has a colour flatscreen Freeview TV, wash basin or en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities

We also have a ground floor en-suite room, The Norfolk Room, which sleeps

2 - 4 people and has its own separate private lounge.

All guests have a key to the front door with no time restrictions.

A range of herbal teas are available

Full English breakfast is sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown, beans, tomato, mushrooms.

Vegetarian breakfast replace sausage and bacon with Quorn or vegetarian sausages.

Toast is normally white bread, brown available on request.

For your safety and comfort we are fully compliant with current Fire Regulations and have recently installed an L2 fire system to comply with bed and breakfast standards.

We have a 5 Star Food Hygeine Certificate Issued by Great Yarmouth Council March 2008.

We also regularly undertake Health and Safety checks and are fully covered by specialist hotel/ guest house insurance

Environmental Policy

At the Beach House Bed and Breakfast we are committed to trying to reduce the impact we have on the environment,

without compromising our service to our customers.

We are constantly looking at energy saving improvements, so far we have

Replaced approximately 50% of our light bulbs with energy saving bulbs

Installed Hippos in our toilets to reduce flushed water by around 30%

We use airtight containers for tea bags, coffee and sugar on hospitality trays.

Pump soap dispensers are used in all rooms to minimise wasted soap and soap packaging

All of our radiators are thermostatically controlled to reduce wasted heat

We also encourage our guests to help by re-using towels if they are comfortable to do so

and ensuring taps are closed and and TVs are turned of when not in use.

We apologise but we are unable to accept dogs at the Beach House but

we are able to recommend an excellent guest house who is dog friendly
