Booking Terms and Conditions
The Beach House is a non-smoking guest house. Rooms are available for check in from 2pm until 8pm on your day of arrival (earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure.
Your booking is a legally binding contract with The Beach House. Deposits are payable on booking and are non-refundable Full balance is payable on arrival. In the event of your cancellation within 7 days of the booking the full cost of your holiday will be payable. No refund will be offered should you curtail your booking after check-in
As with all holiday bookings we advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel.If for reasons beyond our control we have to cancel your booking we will of course make you a full refund and do our best to help you find alternative accommodation
